Savage Cellars Sparkling Brut

Bottle-fermented in the traditional Champagne style, but totally California. With grapes sourced entirely from the unique growing region of Lodi, they are early-harvested in the hot climate for ideal acidity yet fully-expressed flavors. Mostly Chardonnay, the winemaker’s whimsical touch of Viognier amps up the aromas for a bubbly that manages to be both complex and delicate with green apple aromas, hints of grapefruit on the palate, and an acidic finish. Young, fresh, off-dry at .5% residual sugar, and ready to be popped open now.

Savage Cellars Sauvignon Blanc

This California Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant pale gold in color with fresh, vibrant aromas of honeydew melon, peaches, and a hint of lemon blossom. The wine opens with tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the palate and notes of ruby red grapefruit on the long, clean balanced finish. This refreshing wine is well-suited for sipping and pairing with lighter fish dishes, green vegetables, salsa verde, and vinegar-based dressings.

Savage Cellars Rosé

This wine is just as at home on the patio as it is in the dining room. Its fresh crispness is a delight on its own, or paired with almost any dish. Grenache, Counoise, and Mourvedre are all used to create this pale, pink Rosé and to give it aromas of strawberry, fresh-cut watermelon, and rose petal. Mineral notes balance the tangy berry flavors and round out the palate with a clean finish.

Savage Cellars Pinot Noir

This limited-production handcrafted wine takes years to produce. Aged for 24 months in small French oak barrels, the wine is then bottled and aged further. This expression offers aromas of cherries and pomegranate joining toasted cedar and baking spices. It features a balanced palate full of bright fruit flavors and a long, elegant finish. Unbelievably food-friendly when paired with salmon, beef, poultry, and pasta dishes, it’s a true crowd pleaser.

Savage Cellars Zinfandel

Our 2018 Zinfandel opens with rustic flavors of blackberry, black raspberry, and fresh, ripe boysenberries with notes of vanilla and spice. The wine opens with dark fruit flavors, red raspberries and black cherry, followed by velvety tannins on the palate, and a long finish with hints of spice.

Savage Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

An opulent American-style Cabernet Sauvignon. Inviting aromas of blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, and dark chocolate swirl in the glass. Medium-bodied with flavors of dark red fruits complemented by hints of cedar spice and butterscotch. Balanced acidity and polished tannins on the finish. A roaring-fireplace, leather-chair kind of wine; serve with umami-rich dishes like braised meats and strong cheeses.

GREEN VALLEY

Iron Horse Brut X

Extremely dry and bright, with minimal sugar added in dosage. Fragrant with raspberry, custard, and hazelnut, while flavors of lime, nectarine, and honeysuckle prevail. Predominately Green Valley Pinot Noir grapes balanced with chardonnay, it’s equally perfect with oysters and caviar or chips and guac.

Far Niente Chardonnay

A Napa Valley mainstay, Far Niente is devoted to creating a beautiful Chardonnay year after year, divinely structured and layered for a sophisticated, creamy, and rich palate profile. This vintage opens with aromas of melon, citrus, and white floral. Ripe melon and lemon develop on the tongue with a touch of toasty hazelnut and slight minerality. The finish is sustained with citrus zest and continued luscious acidity.

Flavors are broad without being aggressive, cranberry leading to raspberry, pluot and a savory note of black olive. A long finish of silky tannins, cedar, and bramble round it off.

NAPA VALLEY

Hagafen® Cellars Kosher Cabernet Sauvignon

An intensely inky Cab made from grapes grown along the famous Silverado Trail, aged 20 months in French Oak. A rich, spicy nose of baker’s chocolate and black cherry augments black licorice, dark fruits, and planked cedar on the palate and earthy, integrated tannins. Best served with red meats and game.
